Cancellations

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email, mail or fax) and received by the Congress Office – JPdL before the dates below:

  • On or before April 11, 2008: Full refund less administrative costs of $50 CAD.
  • Between April 12 and May 9, 2008: 50% of registration fees will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will apply for cancellations received after May 9, 2008 (Social Program and Optional Tours included.)
  • Refunds will be made after the Congress.
