  1. Delegate registration includes: Congress sessions, program material, coffee breaks, Behind-the-Scenes tour, Welcome Reception, and discount rate for Closing Dinner. Accompanying persons are invited to buy tickets to the individual events they wish to attend through the delegate.
  2. Taxes are not included in these amounts and will be added (Canadian delegates: GST 5%, International delegates: 3%).
  3. Science North program includes: Program sessions, coach transportation from Toronto to Sudbury (return), 2 lunches, 2 dinners. See Science North Program in Sudbury Section for full description.

Green Congress: Carbon Offset Levy (included in registration fee)

As explained in our Green Congress policy, we are making our commitment to environmental sustainability by presenting a Green Congress in Toronto. We are striving to minimize the environmental footprint of this event and are undertaking numerous actions to reduce our usage of resources. As part of these efforts, the congress has committed to a "carbon-neutral" policy, thereby compensating for all greenhouse gases emitted during the course of the congress planning and by our participants’ travels. Included in each registration fee is a green “levy” of $45 CAD, which will be applied to the purchase of carbon emission offsets.
